Action Residential Mortgage (ARM) is licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate (http://www.dre.ca.gov/). The ARM license number is 01106294 and the ARM license expires November 14, 2013. ARM is a Sub-S corporation owned by Rich Young and Sandy Gauthier-Young, but we like to refer to it as a "mom & pop shop."
New licensing requirements are being implemented by and through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). The NMLS licensing will replace State of California licensing and up and through December of 2010, the industry is in what is defined by NMLS as a transition period. Effective January 1, 2011, all mortgage companies, loan originators and loan brokers must be licensed by NMLS. Action Residential Mortgage has already nearly completed all requirements for the 2011 licensing requirements and will post this new information as soon as all requirements have been fully completed.

- Click on the link to the Front Page of the DRE: www.dre.ca.gov .
- Look for the third picture box from the left...it says, "Consumers."
- Under Consumers click the first menu item: License Status Check.
- Enter in our company name or our license number in the appropriate box. (You don't have to enter both.)
- When the match comes up, click on the license number to verify the below information.
